Movies Filmed In North Carolina

I just read an article that the new movie Nights in Rodanthe staring Richard Gere and Diane Lane was partially filmed in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. That got me thinking. Since North Carolina is such a beautiful place, what other films have been filmed there. There is actually a book called North Carolina Filmography by Jenny Henderson that covers films shot there between 1905 and 2000. Here is a partial list that I found:

It was a movie made I believe in greensboro in a really big house it was about a teacher from a college getting some of her students together to go visit this haunted house and each of them had their own special ability (power), and it was a little girl they brought along too, some how the house started doing things on its own and tried to trap everyone in, but they were trying to escape and only the lil girl could get the doors open and fight with the ghost of the house, but the teacher went mad and wanted to stay. etc. any ideas of the movie im talking about?
