I read with interest an article about investing in commercial real estate in New York City. The article suggested that the best investment would be to buy homes or apartments or businesses near celebrities homes. That’s right, it seems that the draw to live or shop near celebrities is so high that you may be able to make a profit from renting out such properties in the City.

Of course, only in a city like New York would this work. Everyone is tightly packed next to each other the possibility of spotting a celebrity is relatively high!
