Rainbow Sandals
Ahh, the 70s! I grew up in Southern California where there were a lot of hip fashions - bell bottoms, peasant shirts, peace signs. All of those come and go over the years, but there is one that has persisted. The Rainbow Sandal was created 35 years ago after Jay Longley noticed that there were a lot of broken plastic sandals on the beach. He decided to make a beach sandal that would stand the test of time.
In San Clemente, California, Jay manufactured rainbow sandalswith spongy soles and long lasting straps. How to you know they are rainbow sandals? The little rainbow tag on the strap of course!
